NYS Employee COVID Testing Program: Search for a participating pharmacy near you.

• Click the "Register Here" button to register ONE TIME - you will need your Employee ID and Agency to register
• Once registration is complete, you will be get an email and/or SMS with your QR code - download, print or add to mobile wallet
• You must present this QR code and a NYS Employee ID at the pharmacy each time you go to get your test.
• This registration QR code can be used at ANY participating pharmacy
• Do not eat, drink, chew gum or smoke for at least 30 minutes prior to specimen collection or results may be invalid
